Bonfire designed this new logo for ALONE as a development and evolution of many different executions of the logo over the years. The origins of the colour go back to the founder, Willie Bermingham, and reflect the red of The Dublin Fire Brigade that he worked for. The white dot at the centre represents each and every older person that is at the centre of everything we do. The upswing on the letter ‘A’ is designed as an indication of positivity and the line underneath is suggestive of a timeline with many years to come.
The new brand positioning line is a summary expression of everything ALONE stands for.
